Hearty stew of roasted chicken and rice, finished with late-summer vegetables and garden herbs

Blackberry-Glazed Pork Shoulder

Grilled pork shoulder, roasted potatoes and chipotle jus

Chickpea & Mushroom Fricassée

Tahini, lemon and dill

Foraged mirabelle coulis and a dusting of icing sugar

Caramelised apple in crisp pastry with Chantilly cream
