Crisp green tomatoes with Szechuan plum sauce

Smoked Squash Velouté

Finished with cream and spiced pepitas

Œuf Cocotte, Chorizo Cream

Hen’s egg baked in a rich chorizo cream sauce, served with sliced baguette for dipping

Main course

Croque Monsieur d’Automne

A classic French sandwich with an autumn twist: peppercorn-spiced ham, foraged mushroom béchamel and Gruyère, served with hand-cut fries

Chipotle & Red Wine Grilled Chicken

Marinated chicken legs with braised endive, crispy potatoes and a spicy pan jus

Garden Squash & Cauliflower

Smoked squash poached in herb butter, served over creamy cauliflower purée and finished with toasted walnuts

Dessert

Autumn Fruit Pavlova

Crisp meringue with melon coulis, whipped cream and maple candy apples

Chocolate Panna Cotta

Served with red plum coulis and candied peanuts
