All weekly hire periods are from Saturday to Saturday, commencing from 2.00pm, ending at 10.00am. We will take mid-week bookings, if there is a home available.
Minimum period of stay during the Off Season is 3 nights.
A cleaning fee of 30€ is applicable for and stays fewer than 7 nights
The total cost of the holiday must be paid in full, 1 month before the holiday starts. There are two options of payment:
- 30% of the total cost of the holiday when booking, with one final payment one month before the start of the holiday.
- Divide the total cost of the holiday by the amount of month’s left between booking and one month before the holiday and pay in equal monthly instalments by direct debit or cheque.
We advise you to take out holiday insurance as we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit in the event of a cancellation.
We also advise you to take out a holiday medical insurance, your European Health Card doesn’t cover all medical expenses in France.
At the beginning of your holiday, you will be asked for a 50€ deposit that will be returned when leaving, if the home is left in the same state as you found it, no damage or breakages and cleaned.

- Behave in a way that’s courteous to others.
- No shouting, swearing, or offensive behaviour.
- No loud music. Keep noise levels reasonable—especially at night.
- Small, Well-Behaved Pets Are Welcome
- Dogs and small pets are welcome, but they must always be under control.
- An absolute must – please clean up after your pets to keep the parc pleasant for everyone. We reserve the right to forfeit the right to keep pets for anyone in repeat violation.
- Keep the Parc Clean & Tidy
- Help us maintain the parc’s charm by keeping your parc home, decking, and outdoor spaces clean and in good repair.
- Please dispose of litter responsibly.
- Follow Parc Staff Guidance
- Our staff are here to help and ensure the parc runs smoothly. Please follow their instructions.
- Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated.
- Be a Responsible Host
- If you have guests visiting, it’s your responsibility to ensure they’re aware of and follow the parc rules.
- A Few Simple No’s
- No criminal behaviour, illegal drugs, or excessive intoxication.
- No home brewing or loud parties.
- No political signage—we’re here for relaxation, not debates.

Domestic Animals:
A maximum of two domestic animals are permitted per holiday home. Animals must be reported to reception on arrival. Animals are not permitted in facilities such as the swimming pool, children’s park. Please speak to reception for full list of accessibility for the domestic pet. All dogs are to be kept on leashes.
Any damage caused by pets must be paid for in full and all costs will be presented to the owner from a third party contractor.
Swimming
Children under the age 13 must be supervised by an adult before entering and using the pool at all times. Parents of children who cannot swim must ensure that the child has suitable safety swimming protective such as Swimming vests or water rings.
Children’s Park
Parents are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children whilst in the parks and other public spaces within the whole holiday park

Please refrain from taking photos or videos of other guest unless approval has been granted by the person involved
Force Majeure
If the execution of the agreement is completely or partially hindered through circumstances beyond PSV control this will be considered a Force Majeure. This includes but is not exhaustive – Fire, floods. Threat of War and any other disruption beyond our PSV control
