Chef Damien Fagette honed his skills under the guidance of renowned Chef Marie Rougier at La Tour des Vents. In 2015, Damien took the helm as Head Chef after the restaurant changed ownership and continued its Michelin-starred legacy.

Chef Damien showcases Périgord’s finest produce such as Blonde d’Aquitaine beef, foie gras, and free-range Périgord chicken.
