All prices are based on a long-term 12‑year lease which you can sell at any time should you choose. With our 100% Ownership option, you retain ownership of the unit at the end of the lease.

Our low Parc Fees are payable annually and exclude the usual insurance, electricity, gas and water which are charged on usage.

Our Parc is closed for 4 weeks in January. With 25% & 50% ownership, your weeks are split into fortnightly blocks across the year.
