Layout: The Luminosa 2014 offers three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin single beds—accommodating up to eight people. The central area boasts a bright lounge with a sleek convertible sofa, a dining space, and a smartly designed kitchen.
Kitchen: Includes a gas hob, microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, and practical storage options.
Bathroom: Comes with a modern shower cubical, sink, and separate WC.

In 2023 the restaurant enjoyed a major refurbishment including a brand-new kitchen and a huge terrace to accommodate in total of 90 Covers
In October our swimming pool is scheduled for full refurbishment including a poolside bar.
Moving forward, we have purchased a whole 8 acres of land to fulfill our bold long-term vision for Parc St Vincent… this includes a gym, spa, Tennis Courts, Boules Courts, Lap pools, an additional restaurant, and even a culinary school.
