Forget printed menus – here, the chef’s creativity takes centre stage. There is no menu, as the chef only works with whatever fresh produce takes his fancy from one day to the next. So be prepared to be surprised and delighted by the ever-changing menu!
While AGA doesn’t have a fixed menu, they do have a guide to structure your dining experience:
- Lunchtime Feast (30 Euros): A three-course lunch featuring a starter, main course, and dessert.
- Evening Degustation (60 Euros): A four-course “discovery menu,” available only in the evenings. Let the chef surprise you with their seasonal creations!
