Since April 12, 2019, Chef Anaïs Teynié and Pastry Chef Julien Auroux have been curating a culinary experience at La Table de l’Europe that preserves the true flavors of fresh and local produce. Each dish showcases the authenticity of the ingredients around which it is crafted.
Renowned for its exquisite cuisine, patrons are treated to tempting French-inspired dishes like slow-cooked pork belly paired with fluffy mashed potatoes or Chef Teynié’s irresistible signature desserts, such as the hazelnut extravaganza of praline, hazelnut mousse, and butterscotch.
Menu Choices:
- À la Carte: Build your own meal by choosing individual dishes from a menu that highlights fresh, seasonal produce.
- Set Menus: Enjoy a fixed-price lunch option “Le Menu du Jour Prélude” that’s easy on the wallet. For a more extensive experience, choose from the “Signature Menu” including 3 or 4 courses, the “Discovery Menu,” or the “Tasting Menu” – Chef’s choice of 7 courses.
- Kids’ Menu: Little ones (up to 12 years old) have their own special 3-course option.
The Lounge:
For a more relaxed atmosphere, head to the hidden Lounge Bar, open Friday and Saturday evenings (October to May). Here you can enjoy creative cocktails, tapas plates, shareable dishes, and delectable desserts in a cosy setting.
