Wild Mushroom Soup

Earthy wild mushrooms cooked low and slow with aromatics, crowned with a drizzle of fragrant thyme cream.

Honeyed Beetroot & Goat’s Cheese Salad

Slow-roasted beetroot layered with tangy goat’s cheese, walnuts, and a gently sweet honey dressing.

Traditional Pâté de Campagne

Rustic pork and liver pâté, delicately seasoned, served with crisp baguette, cornichons, and Dijon.

Classic Sunday flavours with a little French influence from our kitchen.

Roast Beef with Yorkshire Puddings

Slow-roasted beef served with golden Yorkshire puddings and seasonal accompaniments, finished with a rich red wine jus.

Roast Pork Loin

Tenderly roasted pork loin, carved into slices, served with crisp crackling and finished with a smooth, lightly reduced cider jus.

Roast Cod with Dill & Dijon Sauce

Gently roasted cod fillet served with a creamy dill and Dijon mustard sauce, balancing freshness with subtle richness.

Roasted Squash, Lentil & Feta Bake

Oven-roasted squash baked with earthy lentils, finished with crumbled feta and gentle herbs.
